Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026

ReminderDeck is provided by Toffee Finance. By downloading or using ReminderDeck, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If they conflict, the EULA wins for the app.

Reminders and alarms

We work hard to make reminders ring reliably, but delivery depends on your device, iOS, settings (like alarm permission, volume and Focus), battery and connected audio devices. Don’t rely on ReminderDeck as your only reminder for anything where a missed alert could cause harm, including medical, legal or safety matters. ReminderDeck is not a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice.

Your content

Your reminders and data belong to you. You’re responsible for what you put in the app. We don’t claim any rights to your content and can’t access it (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or website, or use them to break the law.

Disclaimer and liability

The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses from missed or delayed reminders. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ReminderDeck in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
